The first year at a university can be a stressful and challenging time and we understand that. When you’re trying your best and you don’t know what else to do, the first thing to do is talk to someone. It could be your family members or your friends. It could be your RA or your community director. It could be your instructors, your TAs, or an advisor. It could even be one of the counselors at the Counseling Center. You have many people in your life who want to support you and help you—all you need to do is reach out!
If you think something’s wrong and it has nothing to do with classes, try the Just in Case app. It has helpful information about resources on campus that can help you.
